The problem

Hospitals move enormous volumes of linen and equipment every day; without live tracking, stock loss, shortages and slow manual stocktakes are the norm. The system needed to give a large private hospital network real-time visibility and the planning tools to act on it.

What I built

.NET Core dashboard with real-time inventory tracking, usage logging and fast stocktake workflows
Flutter mobile app used by staff on the floor across the hospital network
Location-based staff efficiency monitoring and predictive replacement forecasting
Financial tracking and planning tools to support procurement decisions

Built with C#, Flutter, PostgreSQL, Tailwind CSS, ASP.NET MVC.
