The problem
Container logistics runs on documents, deadlines and data captured in the field, often without connectivity. The platform needed a modernised dashboard, better capture flows and reliable offline behaviour, all while integrating with external transport management systems.
What I built
- Front-end redevelopment of the core web dashboard in Blazor and Tailwind CSS
- Significant upgrades to document and logistics data capture flows
- Feature development and refactoring in the Flutter mobile app using Redux
- Backend logic for offline container tracking and transport-management-system integrations
- CO₂ emission forecasting supporting statutory compliance
